Just hours before Sarah Palin steps to the podium here at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, pink "Women for McCain" merchandise and nything with the Alaska governor's name or picture on it are selling almost as quickly as they come in to the official campaign store. One new item that arrived today is a white campaign button with Palin's name in the center of a pink heart. Palin is the first woman to be on a Republican presidential ticket.
