Times have changed! Does anyone ever wonder why there are so many woman who are bipolar? They have babies and can't care for them properly and yet the law does nothing to make them seek medical help! They ruin the child's life and the father of the child as well! Although their behavior is very unstable the courts continue to come down on the fathers, while letting these women behave any way they choose with no consequences!! What happens to these children when they grow up?? What will our country be like when that generation is responsible to run our government!!! The laws need to be changes...it's not just "dead beat dads" anymore now it's "dead beat moms"!!!!!!!!!
