Full of surprises

82808biden1_2 There has been no shortage of surprises for the Democratic delegates from Pennsylvania. It began yesterday with Hillary Clinton announcing that New York had awarded its delegates to Barack Obama, giving him enough to win the Democratic nomination for president. Then last night, they were on the floor of the arena when Obama walked out on stage after Joe Biden delivered his acceptance speech. 82808biden2_2 Then, this morning, Biden and his wife surprised them with an appearance at their breakfast. Biden told the delegates that Obama won't be able to win the White House without winning Pennsylvania. He also said he and Obama plan to spend quite a bit of time in Pennsylvania between now and election day in November. In fact, they'll start a four-day bus tour of battleground states in western Pennsylvania tomorrow.
