I just came off the floor of the arena where excitement is starting to build for the second night of the Democratic National Convention. I talked with Eileen Prussman and Tom Herman, both delegates from Berks County. They tell me they're looking forward to hearing Senator Hillary Clinton speak later tonight. They say they believe her speech will help unify the Democratic Party after a divisive primary season between her supporters and those of Barack Obama's.
Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell just finished addressing the delegates about Barack Obama's energy policy and the high cost of gasoline. He told them, "A son of Scranton, Joe Biden, and a friend of Pennsylvania, Barack Obama, offer the change America needs to create a future free of foreign oil."
